1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. Please make sure to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product.
• The package is missing key items mentioned in the order.

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging as evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once the order is packed and out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. For urgent cancellation requests, please call or WhatsApp us immediately.
